An Introduction to Yin Yoga

In Yoga we experience body, mind and heart in a holistic way. We learn to be fully present in ourselves and our lives.


 Yin Yoga is a passive Yoga style where postures are held longer than normal.

 It helps to remove energy blocks and reduce stress by means of breathing, concentration on tight areas in the body as well as relaxation of the mind.

 It can be very helpful for people with issues in the liver, kidneys and gallbladder as the postures stimulate the meridians of the body by pressuring the soft tissue
