Mark Flint, ashtanga yoga teacher from Mysore shared with us the complete ashtanga primary series in our workshop on 13 Dec 2012.
It was held in Forever Yoga studio in Damai Point and 16 particpants sweated out in the 9am to 5 pm workshop !
We learnt how to do each asana with bandhas, dhistri and with Ujayi breath.
It is rather tough as compared to our traditional yoga practise -Ashtanga Yoga increases the fire in the body that removes the toxins and uses the breath to purify the blood flow.
